This great little tool has been around since 2014 and is still going, the latest revision can reset the 2016 trial, and has been tested on Win 10 Pro (by me ;-)). Easy as pie to use, the tool features a manual reset button or a alternatively you can install an auto-reset function. Although I have heard of many people using the auto feature, for me I could not get it working (possibly due to Win 10?). Also, if you have any trouble resetting the trial, restart in Safe Mode, run the reset tool and then restart and you should be back up to 90 days again as if by magic!
