Welcome to The Daily Accelerated Growth Call for Wednesday October 7, 2015 In short, this has already helped ME tremendously. I have been more focused and more balanced this week, than I have been in a long, long time. Then yesterday I signed someone up for a CFO package. It's working. In short I have been starting off every day right, walking my dogs every morning. They love it, and I love it. I also spend a few moments having a moment of calm. Then I spend 25 minutes planning my day. I've been using Trello more for my own Daily to do's, as well as content production planning, and writing. I'm still in love with Active Collab. I covered the bulk edit feature in this call. Then I showed the reports, and why the reports are the reason I love Active Collab so much. Then I went into Trello. I've moved from doing my daily notes in Evernote, to doing this in Trello. I have a checklist I use based on things I need to do before I go to sleep. I have signed up for a class, which has nothing to do with work. It's something I am doing personally to keep in balance, and do something interesting, that I enjoy, and that doesn't have anything to do with work. This is something based on the work I am doing with my therapist whom I've been with since I was in rehab 16 years ago. I no longer get up at 4 am to work out. I've shifted my schedule. After my class, every time I go, I head to the gym right afterwards. This very process is helping me stay focused. Now that I am doing this I feel stronger, both physically and mentally each morning that I wake up. Back to Trello. I copy my daily note to carry over from one day to the next. When I set up my To Do Today checklist in Trello, I open my calendar. In the end I have to go to my calendar to book the time to get all these to do items done. I had my day reserved entirely for production along with The Appasaurus Rex call with Stacy Kildal. Since the day is reserved for content production I will now head over to my content production board on Trello. This board is not shared with clients. I have another project set up in Smartsheet, as a matter of fact, where I share collaboratively with (eg) TSheets whom I am producing content for. I love using Trello to put together the profile on the pieces of content that I produce. I show you what this looks like using the example of the funding piece that I wrote for TSheets this week.
