In this video, you'll learn how to set up your GoDaddy Office 365 email account in native iOS mail app on your iPhone or your iPad. The instructions in this video are specific to the native iOS mail app on an Apple iPhone or iPad. If you're using a different mobile device, or you're using a different mail app on your mobile device, please watch the video specific to your mobile device and app. You can always access your new GoDaddy Office 365 email account through any internet-connected browser by logging into your webmail account. However, if you want to use your new email account with the native mail app on your iPhone or iPad there are a few set up steps you'll need to do. Let's get started! First, tap Settings. On the Settings screen, swipe up to locate Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and tap this option. Under Accounts, tap Add Account. On the Add Account screen, tap Exchange. Tap in the Email field and type your GoDaddy Office 365 email address. Tap in the Password field and enter the password for your email account. You can leave the Description field as-is or provide a name for this account. Tap Next to start the Autodiscover tool. The Autodiscover tool is designed to automatically find the settings you need to configure your account and connect the GoDaddy mail servers. A small blue checkmark displays to the right of each field as it's verified. After your account is verified, you get to choose which parts of your Exchange email you want to sync with your iPhone or iPad. The items showing green sliders will sync that type of information between your iphone or iPad, and other places you have set up this email address. You must have at least Mail selected, to receive email on your iPhone or iPad. To continue, tap Save. When the setup is complete, your new email account displays under Accounts. To verify the connection, press the home button to return to the home screen on your iPhone or iPad. Tap the Mail icon. On the Mailboxes screen, tap the name of your new email account.
