I had been looking for a way to share the live FPV video feed from my Fatsharks with family & friends but refused to buy a dedicated monitor setup etc. So… I was able to successfully split the live video feed from my Fatsharks to my Windows 8 PC, Samsung tablet and Samsung Note 3 mobile. It works flawlessly on all of them! In the USA you want the 'STK1160' chipset. There are TONS of cheap knock offs that won't work. Both the knock offs and the authentic EasyCaps unfortunately are both manufactured in China.
