Protein Avocado Bites: Ingredients: 1 Medium Avocado, 3 Medium Eggs, 250g fat free Yogurt, 20g Green & Blacks Cocoa Powder 1/3 Cup Hot Water, 50g Gluten free tapioca Flour, 50g Protein Lifestyle Chocolate whey 1 Tbsp Agave (or honey) Preheat the oven to 175 Degrees Method: Blend the egg, avocado, and yogurt together to form a smooth paste In a separate bowl, mix hot water with cocoa powder. (It should resemble icing) Now add the cocoa mixture into the yogurt, eggs, and avocados and mix well Add the tapioca flour & chocolate whey and mix together Add the agave nectar and mix Grease and line a baking dish with coconut oil. Pour in the batter and spread evenly Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway. Let them completely cool before cutting into portions. These are ideally stored in the fridge, after cooling because they get a real rich fudge like texture which enhances the chocolate flavour.
